Wat Homsil is an old temple in Samut Prakan Province. Wat Homsil was once deserted but later on developed by Luang Phor Ruay who was the former abbot of Wat Homsil. Nowadays, Wat Homsil is governed by Luang Phor Weera.

Luang Phor Weera is a respectable guru monk in Samut Prakan Province. As he is kind to everyone as a return everyone would respect him. In fact, Luang Phor Weera was interested in magic at a young age and was inspired by his father. It is known that his father also has the ability in magic and would use his magic together with herbs to cure people. So Luang Phor Weera started studying magic with his father including the writing of Yant TreeNiSingHe.

Until he reached the age of a teenager, he went out to study more magic with guru monks and masters such as Ajarn Soon who is known as an expert in Sak Yant, Luang Phor Foo Wat Bangsamak and Luang Phor Charn Wat Bang Bor.

Once Luang Phor Weera had so much knowledge about magic, his father was afraid that he might go in the wrong way, so his father suggested he be ordained as a monk to serve Buddhism and use those magic to help out people.

After his ordination, Luang Phor Weera sets his heart on Dharma and precepts. In fact, nowadays Luang Phor Weera has many disciples, some of his disciples are police and soldiers in high rank. On top of that, Luang Phor Weera is often invited by his disciples to bless at many places not only in Thailand but also foreign countries such as Malaysia and Singapore.

Besides that, he devotes himself to Buddhist benefits for example running a free yearly ordination project that 20 year old men can get ordained without any fees. It is a good project in maintaining Buddhism for future generations
