
Luang Phor Khaew

Luang Phor Khaew is one of the guru monks in Thailand. He is the former abbot of Wat Soonthorn Pradit, Phitsanulok Province. It is known that Luang Phor Khaew has a lot of magical knowledge (Visha). On top of that, the amulets consecrated by him are reported to have positive feedback from the wearers. In fact, Luang Phor Khaew is respected by both the Thais and foreigners. It is known that Luang Phor Khaew is a developer as he will help to develop temples.
He was born on 19th September BE 2467. Since young, he already had the intention to ordained as a monk but it was until BE 2487 at the age of 20 that he got ordained as a monk at Wat Soonthorn Pradit, Phitsanulok Province. Since his ordination, he started to learn Dharma and Wicha from several guru monks such as Luang Phor Roon Wat Soothorn Pradit and Luang Phor Pui.
In fact during the year BE 2516, Luang Phor Khaew was invited to a major blessing ceremony at Wat Rakang. The blessing ceremony was regarded as the biggest major ceremony event in Thai history as more than 150 guru monks all around Thailand had been invited. During the blessing ceremony, it is reported that Luang Phor Khaew lifted up a bowl that weighs around 40 to 50 kg.
Other than what happened in the BE 2516 blessing ceremony, there are also some unexplained incidents that happen during other blessing ceremonies. One such incident happened and it was reported that Luang Phor Khaew floated up a few inches while he was meditating in the Samadhi state. Yet another incident happen when Luang Phor Khaew was using candle for a blessing ceremony and that his hands was not hurt even when the candle wax cover his hands and during the blessing ceremony, when he was about to finish chanting, he insert the whole candle with fire into his mouth to put out the flame without getting hurt.
