Luang Phor Nong

Although Luang Phor Nong passed away in BE 2558. Luang Phor Nong is a well-known revered guru monk.
Luang Phor Nong was born in BE 2549 in Lopburi Province. He is the youngest child in the family of 8 brothers and sisters. At the age of 12, Luang Phor Nong was brought to the temple by his mother to be ordained as a novice monk. At the time, he was learning dharma and magic from his uncle the well-known mitmor monk Luang Phor Derm. As his mother was the sister of Luang Phor Derm.
Luang Phor Derm even Sak Yant for Luang Phor Nong on his shoulder. However, Luang Phor Derm told Luang Phor Nong “ You are still young and you still go and learn from more guru monks.” So Luang Phor Nong went back to Lopburi to learn from Luang Phor Kol.
When Luang Phor Nong reached the age of 21, he served as a soldier for 2 years. After that, he was ordained as a monk. His preceptor was Luang Phor Opasi. In fact, Luang Phor Nong learned wicha from Luang Phor Derm, Luang Phor Kol and Luang Phor Opasi. Then he went back to Nakhon Pawan and continued to learn from Luang Phor Derm and stayed with Luang Phor Derm till he passed away.
Afterward, Luang Phor Nong was invited to become the abbot of Wat WangSiThong.
Luang Phor Nong knew many mantras from Luang Phor Derm. He was good at consecrating amulets by following Luang Phor Derm’s way. Moreover, Luang Phor Nong was able to contact Pu Lersi through contemplation. Everytime, Luang Phor Nong consecrated amulet, he would invited Pu Lersi to join him to bless the amulet together.
Luang Phor Nong是泰國東北部偏南區一位相當知名的高僧，傳說這位高僧法力相當高強，督造的佛牌聖物, 許多信眾們都非常稱贊.
Luang Phor Nong 年於 BE 2459 年 出生於泰國Lopburi（洛布裡府). 家中有八位兄弟姐妹，而大師排行最小. 而Luang Phor Nong 的母親，是泰北非常知名的聖僧 Luang Phor Derm Wat Nong Pho 的親妹妹（Luang Phor Derm 是泰國九大聖僧之一，被譽為“密魔刀之王”).
所以Luang Phor Nong 於十二歲那年，就由母親帶到佛寺，跟隨Luang Phor Derm 學習佛法和法術，以及督造加持佛牌聖物/ Luang Phor Derm 還親自在 Luang Phor Nong 的肩膀上為他刺上特別的經文符印，那也代表他們除了師徒之外，還有更深的一層淵源.
Luang Phor Derm 跟 Luang Phor Nong 說：“你還年輕，應該要多向幾位大師學習更多才是。”於是Luang Phor Nong 回到 Lopburi 探親之後，就選擇向當地最知名的高僧Luang Phor Kol學習。
據說Luang Phor Kol最為擅長及厲害的，就是具有神通，可以知道信眾的情況及心裡所想的，另一種就是只要Luang Phor Kol雙眼凝視，就具有將東西以火點燃的力量，不少信徒也曾經看過高僧用雙眼就將蠟燭點燃。還有就是Luang Phor Kol所加持過的聖水，不僅可以扭轉乾坤，也救人無數，這些都是當時的當地百姓非常尊崇的Luang Phor Kol事跡. 所以當時 Luang Phor Nong 向Luang Phor Kol拜師學藝，得到不少Luang Phor Kol的真傳.
Luang Phor Nong 21歲那年在到了服兵役的年齡時，也主動還俗去服兵役保衛國土. 那時大師被派到曼谷舊機場駐守，兩年退伍之後，Luang Phor Nong 便再度返回佛寺為僧，由當時另一位高僧 Luang Phor Opasi 為他剃度，並且在佛寺向Luang Phor Opasi學習了四年的佛法和法術，之後再度返回 Luang Phor Derm 的身邊修法，也隨身照顧 Luang Phor Derm 直到其圓寂.
由於 Luang Phor Nong 已算是非常有名氣. 因此受邀回到Wat WangSiThong 擔任住持.
