Luang Phor Mui Wat Parakam Nuea is a guru monk. As a matter of fact, he used to be the abbot of Wat Parakam Nuea in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. On top of that, not only does Luang Phor Mui have disciples in Thailand, he also has plenty of disciples in Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong as well.
He was born on 4th April BE 2442 in Pakphanang District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. He was officially ordained as a monk on 5th July BE 2462 at Wat Parakam Nuea. By BE 2477, he was appointed as the abbot of Wat Parakam Nuea. By the way, Luang Phor Mui studied meditation with Luang Phor Jued and Luang Phor Sak at Wat Thamkhaoplu and then on, he and Luang Phor Song Wat JaoFaSaLaLoi spent many years going on a pilgrimage in the deep jungle in Chumphon Province, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, Phetchaburi Province and Ratchaburi Province. It is known that Luang Phor Mui behaved very well and was very serious about monk rules. Apart from that, he was very knowledgeable towards traditional herbal medicine, magic and Dharma. It was on 22nd May BE 2535 that Luang Phor Mui passed on at the age of 93.
